| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación describe la implementación del Programa Nacional de Inglés (PRONI) en la región centro-sur del Estado de Chihuahua, desde la perspectiva de seis docentes, a través del análisis de los cuatro objetivos específicos de dicho programa. El estudio se posiciona en el paradigma interpretativo, se enmarca en el enfoque cualitativo y utiliza el método de estudio de caso a través de una entrevista a profundidad llevada a cabo con seis informantes clave. Los hallazgos indican que existen acciones que favorecen el cumplimiento de los propósitos del programa, como el fortalecimiento del perfil docente y la evaluación del nivel de los estudiantes; sin embargo, se advierte que las condiciones laborales de las maestras inciden de manera negativa en su ejercicio docente diario. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research describes the implementation of the National English Program (PRONI) in the south-central region of the state of Chihuahua, from the perspective of six teachers, through an analysis of the program’s four specific objectives. The study is situated within the interpretive paradigm, employs a qualitative approach, and uses the case study method through in-depth interviews conducted with six key informants. The findings indicate that certain actions contribute to the program’s success, such as strengthening teacher profiles and assessing student proficiency. However, they also reveal that teachers’ working conditions negatively impact their daily teaching practice. | eng |
