dc.description.abstractEste estudio analiza la prevalencia del uso de drogas en adolescentes con conducta delictiva y su disposición para recibir tratamiento. En él participaron 337 adolescentes colombianos con conducta antisocial (M=16,89, D. E=1,35), estos eran parte del Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes (srpa). Mediante un enfoque cuantitativo descriptivo, se aplicó una encuesta ad hoc y se indagó por el uso, tipo de drogas, edad de inicio del consumo y sobre la disposición para recibir tratamiento y dejar de consumir. Los resultados mostraron una alta incidencia del consumo entre los adolescentes y disposición de la mayoría para recibir intervención. Se evidencia la necesidad de fundamentar con evidencias científicas las intervenciones e implementar programas para que los adolescentes reciban tratamiento por el uso de drogas. En las acciones preventivas es importante reducir la edad de inicio de uso de drogas, así como generar estrategias de intervención para los que están dispuestos a dejar de consumir; además, se sugiere la necesidad de proponer alternativas que complementen los procesos judiciales, que mejoren la labor interdisciplinaria a favor de la dignificación y la garantía de los derechos de los adolescentes.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study analyzes the prevalence of drug use in adolescents with criminal behavior and their willingness to receive treatment. It involved 337 Colombian adolescents with antisocial behavior (M=16.89, S.D.=1.35), who were part of the Colombian SRPA (System of Criminal Responsibility for Adolescents). Through a descriptive quantitative approach, an ad hoc survey, which inquired about the types of drugs they consumed, their uses, the age at which they began consumption, their willingness to receive treatment and to stop consuming them, was applied to the participants. The results showed a high incidence of consumption among adolescents and that the majority of them showed willingness to receive intervention. The need to base interventions with scientific evidence and implement programs so that adolescents receive treatment for drug use is evident. Preventive actions should include lowering the age at which adolescents start using psychoactive substances, as well as intervention strategies for those who are willing to stop consuming. In addition, the results also suggest developing alternatives that complement the judicial processes to improve interdisciplinary work in favor of dignifying and guaranteeing the rights of adolescents.en
