dc.description.abstractLa pregunta por el ser humano y la decisión de construirse a sí mismo resultan necesarias en nuestro actual contexto. Por ello, si bien se menciona las influencias del afuera, se toman en cuenta algunos elementos que involucran al individuo per se tales como la voluntad y la libertad. Se introducela figura del edificio como un ejemplo de una posible edificación personal y lo que implica: el diseño, es decir, los planos, el soñar; luego, el cavar hondo, que es profundizar en lo que se tiene y sanar; finalmente, edificar la estructura. Se mencionan posibles salidas a las dificultades, donde se habla de la escritura, el soltar, el perdón e incluso la importancia del apoyo social. Posteriormente se habla del cuidado de sí y se concluye que, pese a las circunstancias que atraviesa el individuo, es él quien decide qué hacer con su vivencia.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe question of the human being and the decision to build themselves is necessary in our current context. Therefore, while outside influences are mentioned, some elements involving the individual per se, such as will and freedom, are taken into account. The notion of the building is introduced as an example of a possible personal construction and what it implies: the design, that is, the blueprints, the dreaming; then, deep digging, which is to deepen what you have and heal; finally, building the structure.  Possible solutions to difficulties are mentioned, including writing, letting go, forgiveness and the all-important social support. Later, self-care is addressed and as part of the conclusions, it is argued that, despite the circumstances that individuals are going through, it is them who decide what to do with their experience.eng
