dc.description.abstract	Esta pesquisa apresenta uma proposição de reestruturação estratégica possibilitada por meio do treinamento técnico-profissional, tencionando otimizar a gestão contábil-financeira da indústria têxtil que experimenta a desvalorização dos ativos. A desvalorização ocorre devido à falta de profissionais capacitados na área, especialmente em payback e outras técnicas financeiras essenciais para maximizar a lucratividade e assegurar o retorno eficiente dos investimentos. A abordagem é quantitativa, natureza básica e aplicada, e procedimento técnico, pesquisa participante com coleta de dados realizadas em documentos disponibilizados pela indústria. Resultados obtidos: Elaboração da Demonstração do Exercício do Resultado, Fluxo de Caixa Operacional e Balanço Patrimonial projetados para cinco anos; identificação do Valuation pelo Net Operating Profit After Taxes e pelo Fluxo de Caixa Descontado, e apresentação do tempo de retorno do capital investido - payback; avaliação da situação atual e futura da indústria têxtil; implementação de medidas de reestruturação interna e desenvolvimento de treinamento especializado para aprimorar conhecimentos e habilidades da área contábil-financeira.	por
dc.description.abstractenglish	This research presents propositions for strategic restructuring made possible through technical-professional training, intending to optimize the accounting-financial management of the textile industry that is experiencing asset devaluation. The devaluation occurs due to the lack of trained professionals in the area, especially in payback and other essential financial techniques to maximize profitability and ensure an efficient return on investments. The approach is quantitative, basic and applied in nature, and technical procedure, participatory research with data collection carried out in documents made available by the industry. Results obtained: Preparation of the Income Statement, Operating Cash Flow and Balance Sheet projected for five years; identification of Valuation by Net Operating Profit After Taxes and Discounted Cash Flow, and presentation of the return time on invested capital - payback; assessment of the current and future situation of the textile industry; implementation of internal restructuring measures and development of specialized training to improve knowledge and skills in the accounting-financial area.	en
