| dc.description.abstract | O objetivo deste estudo é analisar os problemas para a oferta de certificação digital no município de Benjamin Constant, Amazonas. Os procedimentos metodológicos são de natureza exploratória e descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa. Para isso, utilizou-se como ferramenta para coleta de dados um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada, com 12 funcionários de duas empresas de contabilidade localizadas no município de Benjamin Constant, Amazonas. Como resultado do estudo, foram identificados sete problemas relevantes para os participantes, a saber: a falta de compreensão do uso do certificado digital por parte dos clientes, os custos, as documentações necessárias (documentos legíveis), a perda ou roubo, a distância geográfica dos grandes centros urbanos, profissionais qualificados e, por fim, às dificuldades de acesso/navegabilidade da internet na região amazônica. Conclui-se que os desafios enfrentados pelas empresas de contabilidade estão ligados a questões de conhecimento, à necessidade de fortalecer o governo digital, à qualificação profissional, à logística e à infraestrutura tecnológica existente na região do Alto Solimões. | por |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this study is to analyze the issues related to the provision of digital certification in the municipality of Benjamin Constant, Amazonas. The methodological procedures are exploratory and descriptive in nature, with a qualitative approach. To achieve this, a semi-structured interview script was used as a data collection tool, involving 12 employees from two accounting firms located in the municipality of Benjamin Constant, Amazonas. As a result of the study, seven relevant issues were identified by the participants, namely: the lack of understanding of digital certificate usage by clients, costs, required documentation (legible documents), loss or theft, geographical distance from major urban centers, qualified professionals, and, finally, difficulties in internet access/navigability in the Amazon region. It is concluded that the challenges faced by accounting firms are linked to issues of knowledge, the need to strengthen digital governance, professional qualification, logistics, and the existing technological infrastructure in the Alto Solimões region. | en |
