Para ello, se revisará en detalle la Sentencia Uber BV and others (Appellants) v Aslam and others (Respondents) (Suprema Corte del Reino Unido, caso: UKSC 2019/0029, 2021), extrapolando el alcance de sus considerandos al contexto colombiano, planteando que, dadas las condiciones sui generis de este tipo de ocupación, resulta necesaria la revisión de las normas que regulan el trabajo humano dependiente e independiente.This article analyses the legal nature of the work carried out through the Uber digital platform, as well as the different problems this type of work poses. For this, the Judgment Uber BV and others (Appellants) v Aslam and others (Respondents) (Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, case: UKSC 2019/0029, 2021) will be reviewed in detail.
